To me, it is a goal to get to, but do players and coaches truly give 100% all of the time. Imagine how good you could become if you were able to focus mentally and physically 100% of the time you were on the field or in the cages. Do you think you would get to your maximum potential? In my mind, you would. We all know that it doesn't happen 100% of the time, but if we make that a goal every day we step on the field, then we will get close to the 100%.
